These Terms & Conditions outline how Blooming Designs runs workshops and events. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
Bookings & Payment

Workshop places are confirmed once full payment has been received.

Bookings can be made online at www.bloomingdesigns.com.
Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancellations made 14 days before the workshop may be refunded or transferred to another session.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 14 days or for non-attendance.

If Blooming Designs needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or transfer.
Participation

Workshops are open to all abilities. Some sessions may have age requirements (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult).

All materials and equipment are provided unless stated otherwise.
Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for following health and safety guidance during workshops.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, access requirements, or relevant health conditions so we can support your participation.
Intellectual Property

All teaching materials remain the property of Blooming Designs and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Participants are free to keep and share the artwork they create during workshops.
Photography

We sometimes take photographs during workshops for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be included, please let us know when you arrive.
Liability

Blooming Designs cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings, travel arrangements, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for any injury or loss, except where required by law.
