Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline how Blooming Designs runs workshops and events. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
 

Bookings & Payment

  • Workshop places are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Bookings can be made online at www.bloomingdesigns.com.
     

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the workshop may be refunded or transferred to another session.

  • We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 14 days or for non-attendance.

  • If Blooming Designs needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered a full refund or transfer.
     

Participation

  • Workshops are open to all abilities. Some sessions may have age requirements (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult).

  • All materials and equipment are provided unless stated otherwise.
     

Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for following health and safety guidance during workshops.

  • Please inform us in advance of any allergies, access requirements, or relevant health conditions so we can support your participation.
     

Intellectual Property

  • All teaching materials remain the property of Blooming Designs and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

  • Participants are free to keep and share the artwork they create during workshops.
     

Photography

  • We sometimes take photographs during workshops for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be included, please let us know when you arrive.
     

Liability

  • Blooming Designs cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings, travel arrangements, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for any injury or loss, except where required by law.
