ART IN THE BARN - March 2019

We are so pleased to have now completed our first Art in The Barn series of workshops, which was an extremely relaxing and creative week.

During the week we covered Monoprinting, Wire Sculptures, Drawing Faces, Mixed Media, Transferring Designs to Textiles and Lino Cutting.  

The course was attended by people with very different skill sets and for different reasons.  Some people came along just to have a relaxing day, doing something different.  Others really wanted to learn a specific aspect of a certain technique.

The unique environment of the 18th Century Long Barn at Meon Springs, combined with the rural ambience and good homemade farmhouse food made it a very special event.

Running the courses were Liz Wellby, Livvy Stainer and myself (Alison Butler).
